A celebrity caricature presented here will reflect the best we have to offer in colored pencil and ink drawing.  | Hugo Chavez, the big mouth from Venezuela, was created 4-17-09 by Bill Trantham. There was no particular reason for depicting him holding a balloon and ice cream cone other than it "just seemed to fit" his childish demeanor and personality.
